About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the UAE. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity of our HR processes and data. You will serve as the primary point of contact for operational audits and collaborate closely with the HR Shared Services Team. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality checks on HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Audit end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions in SAP SuccessFactors.
Deliver timely and accurate reports for performance tracking and decision-making.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain Operations Manuals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for operational audits.
Work with the HR Shared Services Team to monitor resolutions effectively.

Requirements

Demonstrate strong English communication skills across all organizational levels.
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
