About the Role

Join our fine dining team as a Server in Metro Manila! This role offers a chance to work in a vibrant environment where you can showcase your skills. You will work on a rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends. Enjoy meal breaks during your shift, and we provide transport for your convenience. Plus, you’ll receive a 13th-month pay and a night-shift differential for those late hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, efficient, and personalized food and beverage service.
• Manage station operations, order taking, and billing accurately.
• Greet guests warmly and present menus, offering recommendations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain mise en place and ensure your station is stocked and ready.
• Prepare and present bills accurately and promptly.
• Assist bartenders and colleagues with operational needs.
• Uphold the company’s philosophy and maintain grooming standards.
• Participate in training and assist in setting up service stations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Guest-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
