About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Sales Supervisor to join our team in Batangasi, CALABARZON. This is an onsite position that requires at least 4 years of experience in sales supervision and field sales. You will play a crucial role in leading a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. If you have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for consultative selling, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and provide coaching.
Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
Organize and oversee sales and marketing projects to boost visibility.
Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends for management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in recruiting and training new sales staff.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in sales.
Proven field sales experience with a track record of success.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts.
Strong people skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
