About the Role

Join our fine dining team in Dubai as a Captain Waiter. In this role, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive service. You will work onsite, managing a team and overseeing daily operations. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment.

Your shift pattern will be flexible, with opportunities for tips and a service charge. Meals are provided during shifts, and accommodation is available. We also offer visa sponsorship and a flight allowance for international candidates. This role is perfect for those looking to grow in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Promote guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
Manage floor operations efficiently and meet service standards.
Assign tasks to team members and monitor their performance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
Handle guest complaints and requests in a professional manner.
Oversee inventory management and control requisitioning processes.
Liaise with Kitchen and Beverage departments on daily operations.

Requirements

3-4 years' experience in a fine dining setting.
High School Diploma or Degree in hospitality.
Strong guest satisfaction skills.
Experience in leading a team.
Knowledge of cashiering procedures.
Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
