About the Role

Join our team as a Junior Guest Relations Agent at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with guests and ensuring their stay is memorable. You will work onsite, engaging with guests daily and providing top-notch service. The shift pattern is flexible, with opportunities to work both day and night shifts. Responsibilities

Prepare for daily VIP arrivals, ensuring room allocation and special requests are met.
Register and process check-ins and check-outs for all VIP guests efficiently.
Escort VIP guests to their rooms, ensuring their comfort and security.
Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate transport arrangements for guest arrivals and departures.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
Empathy and patience in guest interactions.
Courteous demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
A University Degree in Hotel Management is a plus.
