About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Bus Driver to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting colleagues between their accommodation and the hotel. A valid UAE driver license and knowledge of local roads are essential for success in this position. If you have experience in a 4-5 star hotel or similar driving roles, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities

Manage the safe transportation of colleagues to and from the hotel.
Clean and maintain the bus to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
Review and update the logbook to track daily activities accurately.
Report to the Transportation/Employee Services Manager regarding any issues.
Resolve passenger complaints to enhance service quality.
Ensure all services meet the required safety and quality standards.
Cooperate with various hotel departments to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements

Hold a valid UAE driver license for safe driving.
Demonstrate knowledge of local roads and landmarks in the UAE.
Possess 1-3 years of driving experience in a hotel or similar setting.
Have a diploma or high school education for basic qualifications.
Customer service skills to interact positively with passengers.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to ensure bus reliability.
