About the Role

Join our team as a Junior Guest Service Agent at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This is an onsite role where you will provide exceptional service to our guests. You will work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Enjoy a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly upon arrival.
Assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
Communicate guest needs to relevant hotel departments.
Operate the switchboard and manage guest messaging.
Promote hotel services and facilities to guests.
Ensure guest confidentiality and security during transactions.

Requirements

Experience in Guest Services or a similar role is preferred.
Must be flexible with working hours, including nights and weekends.
Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
Ability to lift and move luggage as needed.
Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with cash handling is beneficial.
