About the Role

Join our team as a Junior Hostess in a fine dining restaurant located in the heart of Dubai. This is an onsite position where you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will work in a vibrant environment, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. The role offers a chance to grow in the hospitality industry, with opportunities for advancement.

As a Junior Hostess, you will work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will receive a competitive service charge and tips, enhancing your overall earnings. Meals are provided during your shifts, ensuring you stay energized and focused.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly within 30 seconds of arrival.
Manage restaurant reservations and cancellations efficiently.
Seat guests according to the floor plan and restaurant capacity.
Ensure tables are set and ready for optimal service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any complaints promptly.
Assist restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
Keep the hostess stand clean and organized at all times.
Promote food and beverage outlets during quieter periods.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
0-1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a busy, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
