About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Pool & Beach Attendant to join our team in Dubai. This on-site role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a vibrant environment and have a passion for customer service. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience at our pool and beach areas.

Responsibilities

Understand and respond to guest needs and requests promptly.
Comply with grooming standards to maintain a professional appearance.
Extend courteous greetings to guests as they arrive.
Report guest comments and complaints to management for resolution.
Set up beach beds and cabanas to ensure guest comfort.
Ensure cleanliness of beach areas by regularly checking and tidying up.
Provide clean towels to guests to enhance their experience.
Report suspicious occurrences to maintain a safe environment.
Maintain safety of work areas by following established procedures.

Requirements

High School diploma or vocational hospitality education.
1-3 years of experience in a hospitality role.
Strong customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of grooming standards and cleanliness protocols.
Ability to follow safety procedures effectively.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Experience in a 4-5 star hotel is an advantage.
Hospitality education is beneficial but not mandatory.
