About the Role

Join our team as a Junior Receptionist at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This is a full-time, onsite position where you will work in a dynamic environment. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your shift pattern will be flexible, covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Register and process check-in for all arrivals.
Handle guest check-outs efficiently.
Update guest information in the system.
Accountable for cashiering duties and foreign exchange transactions.
Handle walk-in and call-in reservations.
Provide friendly and courteous service to guests.
Resolve guest complaints and liaise with departments.
Issue guest room key cards and ensure security.

Requirements

University Degree in Hotel Management.
Minimum 1 year in a similar role in a 4-5 star hotel.
Strong customer service skills.
Experience with cashiering and reservations.
Good communication skills in English (B2 level).
Knowledge of hotel rate codes is a plus.
First Aid knowledge is beneficial.
Familiarity with fire safety procedures is a plus.
