About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Waitress to join our casual dining team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a vibrant environment and is passionate about providing excellent service. You will work on a full-time basis, with shifts typically ranging from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You will receive tips and service charges, which can significantly boost your earnings.

Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests according to our service standards.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu and daily specials.
Anticipate guests' needs and provide prompt service.
Ensure service stations are clean and stocked during your shift.
Handle payments and follow financial procedures as required.
Report any guest feedback or issues through our glitch system.

Requirements

Previous experience in food and beverage operations.
Strong passion for delivering excellent service.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
