About the Role

The Kids Club Team Leader will play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging environment for children at our facility in Dubai. This mid-level position requires a passion for child care and a commitment to guest satisfaction. You will lead a team in planning and executing activities that promote fun and learning while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Responsibilities

Assist in the smooth running of the Kids Club by coordinating daily activities.
Create unique kids activities that foster creativity and engagement.
Lead health and safety implementation to ensure a secure environment.
Supervise children in the Kids Club to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
Provide child care and attend to personal needs, ensuring comfort and happiness.
Conduct activities in a positive manner, encouraging participation from all children.
Maintain cleanliness in the Kids Club to promote a hygienic space.
Ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures for all children.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role in a 4-5 star hotel.
Strong skills in activity planning for children.
Knowledge of health and safety compliance standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Excellent communication skills to engage with children and parents.
Problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise.
