About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Duty Manager to join our team in Dubai. This on-site role requires a strong background in hotel management and excellent leadership skills. As a Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. If you have at least three years of experience in a similar role and a passion for hospitality, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Prepare for daily arrivals by allocating rooms and arranging amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
Register and process check-ins for all arrivals, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
Handle cashiering duties and foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and liaise with various departments to ensure issues are addressed.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring all hotel standards are met and maintained.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to foster professional growth.

Requirements

Minimum of three years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
University degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with guests.
