About the Role

Join our team as a Stewarding Supervisor at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This is an onsite position where you will lead a dedicated team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our food and beverage operations. You will work in a dynamic environment with a shift pattern that includes both day and night shifts, ensuring a balanced work-life experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Stewarding team in daily tasks.
Coordinate the cleanliness and care of food and beverage equipment.
Ensure timely delivery and setup of equipment for events.
Inspect and oversee proper storage of food and dry goods.
Train and mentor team members to enhance skills.
Conduct daily inspections of equipment for safety.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Deliver professional and proactive service to all guests.

Requirements

1-2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Proven leadership and motivational abilities.
