About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Bus Driver to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting colleagues between their accommodation and the hotel. Responsibilities
- Manage the safe transportation of colleagues to and from the hotel.
- Clean and maintain the bus to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
- Review and update the logbook to track daily activities accurately.
- Report to the Transportation/Employee Services Manager regarding any issues.
- Resolve passenger complaints to enhance service quality.
- Ensure all services meet the required safety and quality standards.
- Cooperate with various hotel departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
