About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is essential for enhancing our workforce's skills and competencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data processing and document management, ensuring that our training programs are effective and well-coordinated. This position is onsite and requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate competence development activities to enhance employee skills.
  • Compile and process data for reporting to support decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy of data for analysis to improve training effectiveness.
  • Follow up on milestones and urgent tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
  • Create and administer official documents for training programs.
  • Develop meeting agendas and minutes to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Coordinate with IT for system enhancements to improve training delivery.

Requirements

  • Hold a 2-year Diploma or higher in computer science or a technical discipline.
  • Have at least 7 years of experience in data gathering and processing.
  • Possess strong skills in statistical applications for data analysis.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in meeting coordination and documentation.
  • Familiarity with ADNOC systems is a plus.
  • Experience in maritime logistics is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage digital filing systems effectively.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
