Job Description
- The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the executive, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings, documents, and day-to-day executive activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle emails, calls, and other communications professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, business appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain confidential company and executive information.
- Prepare and organize documents, records, and files.
- Liaise with clients, staff, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Monitor important deadlines, commitments, and pending activities.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Conduct research and provide relevant information to support decision-making.
- Represent the executive professionally when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar role.
- Proven experience supporting senior management or executives.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
