Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, organised, and proactive Female Executive Assistant Intern to provide administrative and personal support to an executive while gaining valuable professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
• Organise files and maintain records.
• Assist with research and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Female candidate residing in or around Jabi, Abuja.
• NYSC Corps Member or someone seeking to gain work experience.
• OND/HND/Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Smart, presentable, teachable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
