Strivo Labs is seeking a seasoned Head of Operations to lead and optimize all operational activities, ensuring seamless service delivery and scalable business growth.
This leadership role requires hands-on experience with telematics and IoT device installations, combined with strategic operational management skills. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multiple departments including Engineering, Product, Finance, and Customer Experience to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. The role involves overseeing nationwide deployments, managing supply chains, and maintaining strong partnerships with vendors and service providers. The Head of Operations will also be responsible for implementing operational strategies, enhancing process efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position is based in Lagos and is a full-time opportunity.
