• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in operational management with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven hands-on experience in telematics and IoT device installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support before moving into management.
• Demonstrated ability managing technology-driven field operations, logistics, fleet management, and energy-related services.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, process improvement, project management, risk and compliance, and data analytics.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor, or CILT are advantageous.

• Lead and supervise operational teams including field engineers and installation staff across nationwide deployments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals, improving workflows and automating processes.
• Manage deployment and maintenance of telematics, IoT devices, and related infrastructure ensuring first-time-right installations.
• Oversee supply chain, inventory, and strategic partner relationships to maintain optimal operational capacity and service levels.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience by improving deployment speed, service quality, and incident resolution.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, driving risk mitigation and audit readiness.
• Prepare and control departmental budgets while optimizing operational costs and profitability.
