We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Lagos (with client site visits)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Purpose

Translate client energy needs into solar, hybrid and BESS solutions and produce technical-commercial proposals that win business.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site assessments, load profiling and energy audits.
Perform system sizing and energy-yield simulations (PVsyst, Helioscope or equivalent).
Prepare technical-commercial proposals, BOQs and ROI analyses.
Present solutions to clients and resolve technical queries.
Generate leads and support tender responses.
Liaise with design and project teams to ensure solutions are buildable and correctly costed.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Energy or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in solar/renewable energy technical sales or system design.
Technical: Proficiency in PVsyst, Helioscope or similar tools; sound knowledge of grid-tied, hybrid and off-grid PV/BESS systems.

Desirable:

COREN registration or progress toward it.
Experience with C&I-scale projects (100 kWp+).
Familiarity with Deye, Huawei, Sungrow, Victron platforms.
Basic AutoCAD or single-line-diagram drafting.
Willing to travel to client and project sites.

Salary
From N450,000/month gross + sales commission.
