About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Services Engineer to join our team in Batangas, CALABARZON. This is an onsite position ideal for candidates with 5 to 7 years of experience in product engineering. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our production processes and ensuring product quality.

Your expertise in testing and validation, data analytics, and process engineering will be vital. You will work with various teams to drive improvements and support operational needs.

Responsibilities

Create specifications for production test tools.
Implement best practices to reduce scaling time and meet IMS requirements.
Identify and apply glidepaths for achieving cost and quality targets.
Analyze processes to address losses effectively.
Collaborate with teams for operational support in production.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in product engineering.
Experience in designing and delivering processes.
Strong skills in data analytics and interpretation.
Proficient in prototyping and experimentation.
Knowledge of design for manufacturability.
Experience in process engineering.
