About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Butler to join our team in Metro Manila. This is an onsite role where you will provide exceptional service to our VIP and Villa guests. Your primary goal will be to ensure a memorable experience for each guest through personalized attention and support. If you have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail, this role is perfect for you. Responsibilities

Provide personalized service to VIP and Villa guests to enhance their stay.
Ensure timely customer service and guest satisfaction through attentive support.
Act as a liaison between guests and hotel management to resolve issues.
Track guest preferences and feedback to improve service quality.
Assist with guest logistics and amenities to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements

1-year experience in a luxury hotel or similar role to ensure quality service.
College degree or equivalent training preferred for a strong foundation.
Fluent in written and spoken English to communicate effectively.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet guest needs.
