About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Chef de Cuisine to join our team in Clark Freeport. This is an onsite position where you will oversee kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food preparation. Your role will be crucial in maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

Supervise kitchen personnel to maintain high food preparation standards.
Support culinary leadership in achieving divisional targets and goals.
Ensure courteous and efficient service in accordance with hotel policies.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Manage kitchen workflows during busy service hours to ensure efficiency.

Requirements

Secondary/High School Education is required.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Good proficiency in English is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic kitchen setting.
Additional certification from a culinary school is a plus.
