Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Support the Cluster Director of Culinary in daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel is a plus.
• Certification from a reputable culinary school is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
